DeFeo Associates is pleased to offer these services with the expertise of Dominick D'Altilio. Dominick was employed for 35 years by the City of East Orange as the Asst. Director of Public Works, Sanitation Superintendent and Recycling Coordinator. From 1995 through 2002, he was responsible for the administration and supervision of the Public Works Department.
Dominick has reviewed and analyzed street sweeping, solid waste and recycling collection practices. Since working with DeFeo Associates, Dominick has helped to develop public works best practices manuals as well as managed departmental management transitions.
A graduate of Ramapo College,
he holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies and is a Certified
Recycling Professional.
