Wayne's experience includes the development and operation of one of the first national award winning recycling programs in the country. Under his direction, long - term markets were secured and public participation increased by over 600% in just 2 years.
In addition, Wayne lead New Jersey's efforts in establishing regulatory programs designed to increase public incentive programs; and later represented the industry in an international trade association.
Today, Wayne is recognized as a leader in the recycling industry. He has received special recognition from the NJDEP for his contributions to recycling and currently serves as a Faculty Coordinator for Rutgers University's School of Continuing and Professional Education. Wayne has developed courses in Recycling Contract Writing and has been a course instructor in New Jersey's Recycling Coordinator Certification Program for many years.
Most recently, Wayne has co-authored the book, "Practical Recycling Economics, Making the Numbers Work for Your Program" for which he has received The Outstanding Achievement in Recycling Award from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
Dominick D'Altilio is an Advisory Committee Member, Facility Coordinator and Instructor in the New Jersey Recycling Certification Series, Mr. D'Altilio has been an instructor and speaker at Rutgers University and Cook College Undergraduate and Continuing Professional Education classes for over 10 years.
Mr. D'Altilio received the
1992 Award for Outstanding Achievement in Recycling presented by the
New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy and the
2001 Recycling Excellence Award from the Association of New Jersey Recyclers.
