June 2010 -- Wayne DeFeo, president of DeFeo Associates, a sustainability consulting firm in Warren, New Jersey, was recently invited to meet with Congressman Rodney Freylinghuysen to discuss the green economy. DeFeo, a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) whose professional services focus in the areas of green building initiatives, sustainability, energy conservation, recycling and solid waste management, joined a group of experts within the Somerset County Business Partnership to explore the challenges and opportunities of legislation designed to promote renewable energy and recycling initiatives.
