Brooke Morales
Brooke started her career with interior design and business development experience in the NJ and NY A&D community and specifically focused on sustainable building and design practices. She has experience sourcing and selecting sustainable interior and exterior building materials for commercial and residential specifications. As an interior designer and consultant, she presents space plan, design and material options for interior and exterior furniture, millwork, finishes and other design implementations. Ms. Morales is a LEED Accredited Professional in Interior Design and Construction and has consulted on retail, commercial and residential LEED building projects.
Brooke owns Beaux Art Green LLC with her business partner and fellow interior designer, Ivy Tabor. Beaux Art Green is an interior design firm specializing in the usage of healthy and sustainable building practices and material selections for their clients. They strive to educate the industry and public whenever possible to encourage environmentally friendly design choices. The firm also offers LEED consulting for ID+C and/or assistance with LEED for Homes certification.
Ms. Morales presents USGBC and AIA continuing education units (ceu's) on Indoor Air Quality as well as other related educational information to architects, designers and contractors. She is a representative of the USGBC NJ Chapter at their exhibit booth space at events across NJ. Ms. Morales also represents Community Green NJ as an event organizer bringing topics of environmental interest to locations around NJ. She also serves on the Board as Director at Large for the NJ Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) which brings educational programs, events and community service projects to their membership. She is a contributor to the ASID Ask the Designer series in the Star Ledger and the ASID Insider magazine.
