Amanda Nesheiwat has published an op-ed on the future of the environment that should give us all hope about the ability to change our path on climate change and on environmental change in general.

I have known Amanda as a student, and for many years now, a colleague. Amanda is a consummate optimist…and thank goodness. I have had the pleasure of presenting to her Ramapo class…and she is right on point…Her students leave her tutelage with the information, inspiration and energy that they need to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.

Folks…There is hope here for the future of the environment. The angry old people who don’t want to change…who only care about their greed…are going away as did the dinosaurs…Amanda and her students WILL MAKE A CHANGE…
