A Girl Scout named Kaitlin recently sent this link to a presentation that she made about plastics and their effect on the environment to her County Recycling Coordinator. As a part of the project, for which she is seeking to achieve a Gold Award, this highest that a Girl Scout can achieve, the presentation needs a global platform.

I am thrilled to share this presentation with you. It is remarkably well done and shows that my sometimes overly optimistic hopes for the future are grounded in some base of reality.
