Environmental Awareness & Sustainability in the Classroom

On Thursday June 3rd, 2021 Wayne DeFeo, presented Solid Waste and Recycling - What is It and How do we Improve our Schools. This presentation covered recycling in our school systems and how to increase engagement.

The presentation was part of the 2021 Virtual Professional Development Series for the Bloomfield School District. The Bloomfield School District worked with the Township's Green Team, Greener Bloomfield, to provide a two-hour professional development series that focuses on environmental awareness and sustainability in the classroom.
