This may come as a shock to you, but the EPA under this administration is allowing industrial facilities to stop testing under the guise of the COVID-19 Pandemic. It seems that if you claim a hardship, you don’t have to test the industrial effluent that you generate. At least 350 companies have taken advantage of this rule to abuse the environment…..And how odd, many are fossil fuel companies.

It is amazing that an administration that cannot put two sentences together in coordinating a uniform response to this pandemic can manage to implement a temporary rule that allows companies to pollute at higher levels.

This is even more absurd as we already know that pollution of the air and water reduces our ability to fight disease.
