By the time that you read this, Hoboken, NJ will have shifted its recycling program back to dual-stream recycling. I have written in the past that a good program is a good program notwithstanding whether it is single or dual-stream.

Having said that, this should be a very interesting case to watch. Here is a major city taking on the burden and expense of a switch designed to make the recycling stream cleaner!

New York City…take note…(NYC is contemplating a move to single-stream)…
